GP2 TEST
AT PAUL RICARD

GP2 – just one step before F1. My first test with GP2. 10th on both days and just +0.248 behind the 1st. GP2 gave me new experience and it wasn’t so hard to adapt to V8 -4 liter -600 hp engine. The team was working professionally, in both days I made almost 200 laps.

Every year I’m indulging you- Barcelona. Race weekend was hard because it took a long time to find optimal setup for my driving style but finally I’m comfortable with the result I reached – 4th place in Race 2. Unfortunately the last 2009 season race.

It is so nice to race in Germany. They have great roads and many many fans. Not the first time on podium with Soucek and Bortolotti. The 3rd place in Race 1. German quality materialized into my technique.

England is special for Lithuania – more than 300 000 people live here (in Lithuania we have just 3.5 million). Also, the biggest part of F2 website visitors are Lithuanians. Therefore I had so many fans came to look my race in Donington. The 2nd place in Race 2. You can check the video
